These are a few questions that, built up over time, helped me change my life for the better. Hoping I can make this journey easier and better for you.

  1. Who controls my life? My friends? My parents? My society? Or me?
  2. What can I do today to bring myself closer to my dreams/goals?
  3. What can I not do today to bring myself closer to my dreams/goals?
  4. What would I do if I couldn’t fail?
  5. What do I want my life to look like 10 years from now?
  6. If I continue doing what I’m doing today, will I have reached my dreams/goals in 10 years?
  7. What small thing can I do, if done for the next 365 days, will change my life forever?
  8. If my daily life (minute by minute) was a TV show, would I watch it?
  9. If I don’t do this, will I ever regret it?
  10. If I don’t ask for what I want, will I have what I want?
  11. If I do this, what’s the worst that could happen? What’s the best?
  12. Am I pursuing real growth or fake growth?
  13. I am being productive or just busy?
  14. If something continuously takes up my time, is there a system I can put in place to automate it?
  15. Where am I getting too comfortable?
  16. What am I doing that is a waste of time? Why am I not stopping it?
  17. What am I fooling myself about?
  18. Am I thinking about my problems longer than the time it would take to fix them?
  19. What am I expecting others to do for me? Why can’t I do this for myself?
  20. Do I need this, or just really want it?
  21. Why am I listening to the negative voice inside my head? Why don’t I ignore it?
